Vinyasa Yoga 

vinyasa means to put in a particular place. these classes are sequenced in a way that makes sense physically and energetically. You will Build heat, strength and stamina in this powerful flowing class that links breath to movement. Each class includes a combination of sun salutations, standing poses, forward and back-bending poses and inversions. We will leave time for meditation and relaxation so that you'll feel calm, energized and amazing when you leave.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga practice that focuses on balancing the mind, body, and spirit through a combination of physical postures, breath control, and meditation. Hatha Yoga aims to create harmony between the opposing forces of solar and lunar energies, represented by "ha" (sun) and "tha" (moon), within you. The poses are often held for longer periods of time, allowing you to become more mindful and aware of your body.

Basic Yoga 

Basic Yoga simplifies the approach with slower movements and alignment guidance, aiming to acquaint you with the fundamentals of flow yoga, breathwork, and meditation techniques. This class caters to newcomers as well as those seeking to enhance their practice.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice of deep relaxation that is all about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. many props are used to help support the body, nourish the mind and calm the nervous system.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissue (fascia), tendons, ligaments, and joints. during this practice, poses are commonly held for extended periods of time, usually ranging from 3 to 5 minutes, while utilizing active stretching techniques.
