Power Yoga 

Build heat, strength and stamina in this powerful flowing class that links breath and movement. Each class includes sun salutations, standing poses, forward and back-bending poses and poses that get you upside down. We'll leave time for meditation and relaxation so that you'll feel calm, energized and amazing when you leave.

Basic Yoga 

Taking a basic approach with slower movements and basic alignment tips to help you understand the principles and techniques of flow yoga.
